Vaporizers
High-performance equipment that converts liquid LPG into gas for consistent supply in various operations.
The 100kg LPG Vaporizer is a state-of-the-art system designed for safe and efficient vaporization of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). It features a robust structure with advanced automation for seamless operation. The vaporizer consists of three main systems: Water System, Electric Heating System, and Gas System, all controlled by an Automatic Control System for optimal performance.
Water System
The water system ensures efficient heat transfer for vaporization. Key components include:
- Round-Type / Square-Type Water Tank: Designed to accommodate the heat exchange coil, ensuring sufficient capacity for vaporization.
- Overflow Valve: Prevents water levels from exceeding safe limits and avoids unnecessary water leakage. A water injection device is installed to regulate pressure within the tank.
- Drain Valve: Allows for complete dischargeof water from the tank.
- Hot WaterCirculation Tube: Ensures uniform heating throughoutthe system.
- Water Level Switch & Temperature Sensor: Monitors water levels and heating status for precise control.
Electric Heating System
The electric heating system provides reliable heat for vaporization:
- Heater: Strategically installed at the optimized location of the vaporizer to heat water efficiently.
- Electronic Temperature Control: Features a magnetic installation that regulates power supply based on water temperature. Heater and control specifications are tailored to the vaporizer’s capacity.
Gas System
The gas system ensures safe and efficient LPG vaporization:
- Flange at Gas Inlet: Facilitates secure connection to the gas supply.
- VaporCoil: Converts liquid LPG into vapor.
- Drain Valve, Pressure Gauge, and Safety Valve: Installed for operational safety and monitoring.
- Liquid Gas Overflow Prevention Device (Float Type): Prevents liquid gas leakage at the outlet.
Flame Proof Electrical Enclosures
All electrical components are housed in explosion-proof enclosures to ensure safety in environments with flammable gases. This design prevents with stringent safety standards (i.e. ATEX)
- Indicator lamps will illuminate when power is supplied.
- Allow the water temperature to reach 66°C before slowly opening the gas inlet valve (approximately 2 hours).
- Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure consistency with the container’s pressure.
- Gradually open the gas outlet valve to begin gas usage
