Since our founding in 1992, we created IKAN to provide the best integrated services to a Local and as well as global market. When we established IKAN our aim was to be one of the eligible companies. To accomplish our goal we were aware that we should be determined and result oriented. In a keen competitive market, success was resulted from our tenets of completing a job properly, perfectly and timely. Built on strong ethical values, quality and entrepreneurial spirit, customers around the Pakistan and out country rely on our team and services to support better and faster operational decisions.

Health & Safety
We have embarked on a journey to create a zero harm culture within organization. We have earmarked this journey as Realizing Zero. In our efforts to create a zero harm culture, we expect all our personnel, contractors and clients to make a personal choice to work safely and to care for their co-workers by actively engaging in our safety process.
In addition to diligently managing field related activities, we have defined a set of Safe Office Behaviors which drive our actions within an office environment.
We have fully embedded our HSE Management System into all aspects of our work activity throughout the life cycle of a project handover and as part of our ‘Plan - Do- Check – Review’ approach to HSE management. Lessons learned are fed back into our processes as an element of our continuous improvement model. Projects are executed with a disciplined HSE gate process to ensure all HSE related deliverables are addressed and accounted for throughout the course of the project.
Social Responsibility
We strive to be a positive presence in the communities in which we operates. We work with our clients, local business and local communities. Examples can include providing training for the local workforce, improving educational resources and medical provisions, developing local suppliers, improving living conditions - for example dealing with efforts to improve drinking water supplies - or provide emergency assistance in the case of natural disasters. We also encourage our employees to participate actively in philanthropic, charitable and other activities which help make us “good neighbors.” In addition, the company regularly makes contributions to various organizations that seek to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we operate.
Giving back is an integral part of IKAN culture. Our work is driven by the needs of the community, and we are an active supporter of programs and organizations that make our community a better place to live. Backed by the resources of the company, IKAN employees participate in a variety of health and social service organizations, the arts, youth programs, education and sports.
